Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth called off their engagement in September this year, and now she's decided to apologize for her wild behavior, that led to their split.
"As time has gone on and the anger subsided, Miley has really started to feel the pain of the split", a friend tells. "She thought about writing some songs, but then she decided why not a letter to Liam and tell him exactly how she feels. Miley admitted to Liam that she has pushed him away and said sorry for acting so mad", the friend continued.
